Alverton Rangers

Alverton Rangers

The Ranger Project was thought up by pupils at the school to enable them to learn more about their amazing natural environment and to share their new found knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

The children have taken part in a recruitment process and have been specially selected to be Rangers this school year.

The Rangers are there to:

Lead outdoor learning activities for other children during break times as part of an environment club.

•Inspire and support others to explore the natural environment within the school grounds and beyond

•Lead ideas on development of the school grounds

•Give updates to the rest of the school about the project in school assemblies

•Maintain the Ranger Rucksacks, check contents from list at the end of each break time and sign in and out rucksacks

•Be about and over break times to run outdoor activities once a week as part of a rota
