Well this was not what I expected! I am so sorry that we are not going to be able to say a proper good-bye but luckily we have done lots of great things together over the last weeks so let's make the most of the situation and try not to get too down-hearted.
You have been a brilliant class to teach and I have really enjoyed myself this year. I am very proud of all your achievements and know that you are ready for Year Six!
Your parents will be able to pick up anything left at school and Mrs Gill has all of your reports to give out. Don't worry if your parents cannot come in to school as they will post the reports if they are not picked up by Wednesday.
We have found lots of fun activities that you can do over the next 3 days and you might even want to take a look in the holidays if we have a rainy day!
There is a selection of activities for Maths, English and some other end of term projects that you will enjoy.
We have not used Showbie because you don't have your iPads so you don't need to upload any of the work.
I will be sending you a link to a Zoom meeting on Wednesday so that we can see each other to say goodbye and play some games!
I will miss our board games session tomorrow so will challenge Mr Hammond to a game of Scrabble instead! With this in mind, I think it would be great if you could design your own board game - there are a couple of templates that you can use if you want.
